Refund policy

All Sales Are Final — With a Few Exceptions

At GrimGlam Bootique & Bakery, every order is crafted with intention and baked fresh just for you. Because our products are made to order and perishable by nature, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on food items.

However, we've got you covered if:

  • Your order arrives damaged in transit
  • You received the wrong item
  • There is a quality issue upon delivery

In any of these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund — no dark magic required.

Cancellations Because we start baking as soon as your order is placed, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, your order is already in the works and cannot be cancelled.

Boutique Items — New New boutique items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unworn, and unused condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Boutique Items — Vintage & Antique All vintage, antique, and pre-owned items are sold as-is and are final sale. These pieces have history, character, and the kind of charm that can't be replicated — please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing. We are happy to answer questions prior to your order.
