Processing Time All bakery items are made to order and require 2–5 business days to prepare before shipping. Boutique items typically ship within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes We ship within the United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Estimated delivery times after processing:

Standard: 3–7 business days
Expedited: 1–3 business days

Perishable Items Baked goods are packaged with care to arrive fresh. We recommend selecting expedited shipping for perishable orders, especially during warmer months. GrimGlam Bootique & Bakery is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Tracking You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll work with you to make it right.
